Yellow on the Broom

The woods are changing daily - today the wood anemones have been joined by primroses and glimpses of yellow can also be seen on the broom (at least I think it is broom rather than gorse).

The extra shows one of the many strange looking trees which can be found in the first part of the woods.

Life continues on up here - the most obvious difference being the quietness due to the lackof visitors, a quietness which will continue for some time.

Pleased to see that a Virtual Question Time of Scottish Ministers by backbench MSPs is being help today - it is important that ministers are held to account and continue to come under scrutiny.

*Yellow on the Broom  written by AdamMacNaughton and performed by Betsy Whyte. The song is inspired by her life which she describes in "The Yellow on the Broom" and "Red Rowans and Wild Honey"; both of which are worth reading.
