Thank you NHS

The children in the village have drawn rainbows for the NHS and their creations are on display in the post office window.

I walked through the village at 8pm clapping as I walked. I passed children banging wooden spoons on saucepans, the older folk ringing bells, my friend Peter ‘playing’ a Tibetan Bowl (which hummed) and a granny and her grandson dancing in the street to “The Sun has got his Hat on”.

It was so heartwarming and I had tears in my eyes and a frog in my throat. I did a video for Facebook live of the dancing and thanked my family and friends working as paramedics, nurses, doctors and delivery drivers.
