One hour at Nylandet

As we understod from there News, Norwegians who have a house or cottage, close to the border in Sweden, are allowed to take a short look after the house or to do necessary maintance, within a day. But of course no shopping etc. We send an e-mail to the Police to be sure.
So we got up early and drove to the border, took contact a policeman, who told us the rules, no shopping, no contact with others, documents of the house etc. On our way back our car would be checked. We could spend about an hour there. Every thing looked ok in the house. Luckily no more mice. We shared a frozen pizza in the cold kitchen and took the dogs for a short walk to the pond. Marita with her labrador Hubert were there too. Hubert was so happy to see Trulte, Diva and Nova, so in his eagerness he tired to jump over Nova. He is a heavy, little fat, old dog, so it was too much for him and he fell down and hurt his leg. I felt so sorry for him, that his happiness should end like this.
It was nice to see Nylandet, but sad too, since we don't know when we can visit it again.
