Afternoon Tea

I only made half the recipe and made a round with a cross in the centre and cooked it whole (see extra) rather than faff with small bits. I haven’t baked in years but it tastes nice.

I was up early at 7am to arrive at senior shopping time. No queue so it was all good and I got a broccoli and a bag of flour. Hence the picture!! I went for a walk while I was out and no one in the streets.

It was very wet this morning but has not rained since.
