Foreign Body

My three year old Granddaughter can be a bit of a drama queen at times, so when she said she had something crunchy in her peanut I didn't take any notice.
She persisted and in the end I asked her to remove it from her mouth. I couldn't believe it, it was either, a piece of tooth or quartz.
