Mini fruit buns

I fancied making cake. Trouble is, the diet - can eat cake but only small ones ! So I decided to make some only about half the size I would normally make - each weighs 50g (+ or - 5g). A snag was - no SR flour - nor even plain flour. But I do have some bread flour and some wholemeal plain so I used the wholemeal and baking powder. Worked fine - taste OK. But if I only eat one a day - number 12 will be a bit hard and dry - should I freeze 6 or eat two a day?
