S- nailed- it

I have never been so excited to see a snail on the fence, that's how desperate blipping has become. Never mind, a blip is a blip:-) At least the sun is out and it's much warmer today. I had a text from Des this morning, saying, see you down the gym, I replied, I wish!  I decided to do a harder work out this morning, and half way through I wish I hadn't. My shoulders were screaming, and I found some of the moves difficult, as I am not very co-ordinated. Never mind, practice makes perfect, and it's not costing me anything. Killing Eve is back on BBC 1 tonight, so looking forward to that.
