Day XL

Well it was all going great in the buggy until I played the Hokey Cokey which set off his best involuntary movements which put him in positions I could not recover him from if he was to choke so back to power chair. This means I’m restricted on where I go when at yard and if I break down and wheelchair runs out of battery on the 7 miles back we’ll be well and truly stuffed. But have got someone who will be on standby to tow the car back if necessary.  For years he couldn’t sit in chairs,  screaming and overheating,  needing repositioning every 10 minutes or so. He was a nightmare!  How glad am I that we are now at this level!!
