for a Warm Welcome

Our road has been quite busy today with walkers, joggers and cyclists.  I have had distant, shouted conversations with several of them.  Happily there are now very few cars using our road and there is an air of peace and calm.

A couple of the walkers have also expressed an interest in growing the Honesty flowers, seen here in profusion.  I have agreed to share the seed heads with them in the autumn.
