A bowl of bubbles

Yesterday I started my first sourdough loaf. The hands on time isn’t much but the process is long. It was left overnight to prove and was full of lovely bubbles this morning. From there into the fridge for 24 hours and then tomorrow I can cook it!  I hope it is worth it!

My extra is of the started (Mrs CJF) and flour mixed in ready to start the process.
