An afternoon in the kitchen!

I am not a great baker or cook. I just make more of the same - a lot of you would problem find it boring!
I did try an easy scone recipe ( from YouTube) last week - a disaster. I decided to try again - better this time! I needed one egg yolk for the glacé so made a one egg white pavlova (one of my tried & tested recipes). I even managed to manage the ingredients for the one egg white!
Maybe I’ll try something else once I recover!
