Kerala Aubergine Curry

Just propped my feet up after prepping and making a new curry recipe - needs adjusting next time - had a couple of ingredients missing which didn’t help.

And with a couple more admins things to do tonight, this will have to do for trisharoon’s Mono Monday challenge “Out of Focus”.

It’s of me still wearing a paisley apron, over my spotty fleece loungers, feet resting on a spotty footrest, which stands on the rough weave Ikea rug.
