Blooming beautifully after a long "rest". As they do. Long day also. Risked a quick trip to Sainsbury who had some of the things I needed and also managed to install their app for scanning stuff as you walk round the store. Not certain this is any quicker than doing it at the till but certainly less handling. Only needed advice on this from a your person on 2 occasions. 

have spent the day writing a report. Not finished yet. hanging over me like a black cloud. Need to be able to have cracked it by the end of tomorrow. did my walk - 13020 steps. going to call it a day but apparently there will be a starlink satellite thing at 2200. so will have a look at that if i have the energy.
