Something to put in the window

I don't think I'm a Havering hero, perhaps because I don't stay at home 100% of the time. Havering Council sends us an email almost every day and sent a booklet called Good to Know or something like that - this was the back cover. It seems to be using the lockdown period for self-advertising. Perhaps trying to compensate for the widespread criticism of its policy on free parking. 
I hope the photo is correctly oriented. I have not worked out how blipfoto decides to rotate some shots.
