Betjeman Millenium Park and Wessex flour mill

This little park has become my favourite place to sit awhile during my daily walk. Its nicely overgrown, not too manicured and a haven for butterflies and birds. I expect one might see some little animals at night too. Unfortunately I can still hear distant traffic and the gentle humming of the flour mill. But I don't mind that. I think it's important that we still have our Wessex Flour Mill in Wantage, producing fantastic flour. I've even seen it for sale in Newcastle! 500+ miles away. It started life in 1895. Do Google it. It's very interesting for those of you who like a bit of history
