Apple blossom

Some years we get a very good crop of apples from our neighbour’s very old Bramley tree that overhangs our garden but last year the crop was very poor. I suspect frosty weather just as the blossom had formed may have been responsible and fortunately this year it looks as if we may be spared frost just now.
