Gift

These flowers were delivered by the postman from my church family. They were remembering me as my 100year old Dad was buried today in the churchyard at Dry Drayton where he lived for over 50 years. Because of the lockdown it would not have been wise for me to make the long journey to attend. However with the help of zoom I watched and listened to the service with some of my children and my nephews who also live away from Cambridge. It was a beautiful sunny day with the birds singing their hearts out in the background. Time for sadness and yet great joy to know Dad is enjoying the prescence of Jesus for evermore.
