Balance

A walk in the sunshine this morning and a pause to take a shot through the trees. It's needed a bit of faffing with this evening. Once home, I settled to work and Bailey wandered in and out to the garden but kept coming to check that I was still about. Quite a few emails with staff today and a couple of phone calls to catch up with others and I've been a bit more successful at sticking with one thing and ignoring the 'pings' today. This afternoon I made banana bread and did a bit of reading so it's not all been work today.
