Louvre Court

This is a court at the Louvre in Paris. It's a vertical panorama (spherical in CS 5 photomerge) from two horizontal images taken from the second floor of the museum. I used a couple of transformations to mitigate the distortion. In large you can try to identify the people. In the high middle windows we're seeing through into the opposite court, on the other side of the open hall leading from the Rue de Rivoli to the pyramid. (The map gives you a idea.)

We saw the Louvre's exhibition on Cyprus on its last day--it was relatively small but fascinating. We went on to the brand new Islam galleries--very modern and extremely well done in every respect; I will return to them. This blip took precedence.
