Pickling away

Had some mango to spare and all the needed spices I made Mango Chutney.
2 and 3/4 jars to be precise ... tastes good and smells too but the results I will try in 4 weeks time when it will be ready.
Just finishing off sterilising and once cool in goes on the dark shade shelf.

Waiting for Chinese take away to come as kids asked for days to have it so I gave up.
Meaning I have more time for more glorious sunbathing in the deckchair :)
