Today's the day …………………….. to settle in

This blip is for my lovely brother Ron - to let him know that it's all go in the nestbox that he made for us.

The mortgage application on this fine des. res. has obviously been successful and a couple of great tits have been very busy getting things ready for an expected expansion of the family.

We'll be keeping a close eye on their progress ………………...
