Tortoiseshell?

As a change from the flower photos from the garden - and I had a good couple of them - I saw this butterfly on one of the rhubarb leaves. I think it is a Tortoiseshell though it does not instantly match what I see on the internet.

Lovely day. Wind has dropped and though while fresh it was lovely to be out in the garden. Tackled the wild garlic in the front garden among the roses which has gone rampant. Will take a few days to clear thoroughly.
