Annual miracle

Back in the wood early this morning to savour the lovely bluebells pictured here with white greater stitchwort.  It was a magical scene and the cuckoo and woodpecker sounds in the background were an added bonus. 
We are living in such uncertain times with so many people touched by tragedy but in many places life is going on as normal and nowhere is that more evident than in the centre of a spring wood surrounded by such beauty.
