I hate....

dark mornings.

This shot, SOOC, was take AFTER I got back from walking Monty this morning. I guess I should be grateful that there was a full moon, but boy it still seemed mighty dark to me - there's not a single street lamp so I go armed with a torch and ready to leap into the bushes if a car comes down the lane.

On the shortest day we apparently had 7 hrs 57 minutes of daylight, with sunrise at 0806. Today sunrise was allegedly at 0745 and we had 9 hrs 8 mins of daylight, most of it grey, wet cold and windy. And we've still got to get through February....help!

BTW I have yet to capture a decent moon shot. Any tips folks?
