Mr House Sparrow
The house sparrows are really, really busy at the moment nest building in our nest boxes. This often results in a lot of noise and disruption as they squabble and fight right outside our bedroom window!
This is Mr Sparrow calling to Mrs Sparrow ... I have noticed he often forrages nesting material which he passes to her to take in the nest box, it is really sweet to watch.
I have added a shot of the third garden fox in extras. She is a vixen who is clearly lactating and I have decided to call her Mama. She loves napping in the sun for a few minutes in the morning.
