Almond croissants

Oh no! More baking!
Croissants take days to prepare as you have to keep rolling and chilling the dough before you can use it. I haven’t made them for years, not since I was doing my patisserie training. Finally I felt I had time to try again and of course we need such things to keep us cheerful! And slim!!
Apart from that we had an actual raindrop this afternoon which was most unusual but of little use on its own. The weather forecast did suggest we might get rain, but that is seeming more unlikely now. We could really do with a downpour.
