Bellbird with an Eye on Me

Back Blip from Akaroa

Normally when I try and get a shot of the Bellbirds or Tui they take off. Luckily this time I manage to capture him.

The New Zealand bellbird, also known by its Māori names korimako and makomako, is a passerine bird endemic to New Zealand. It has greenish colouration and is the only living member of the genus Anthornis.

Here is a link if you would like to find out more about them.
