Pao de Queijo

Pão de queijo. Wine: E11even Pet’ Nat 2019.

I had a better than average afternoon snack today—Brazilian cheese bread and a petillant naturel (made with Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Gewurtraminer). The wine was unusual (more sour beer like elements than wine ones, though nice wine-y peach and apple notes) but delicious. We enjoyed this while finally getting around to starting the now years old John Adams miniseries with Paul Giamatti.
