Jenny Jones' bread

Remember Jenny Jones' TV show from the late 90s? She now has her own YouTube baking channel, it's adorable. 
I tend to leave bread baking to Mr Limey, as mine tend to get a bit damp, but this came out PERFECTLY. Amazing crust, slices smoothly. NYOM!!  
Only drawback is that you have to eat it all that day, before you blitz it for future breadcrumb stuffing.
