Faceless Selfie Portrait

Did a lot of stretching this morning and foam rolled my Hamstrings twice, once before my walk with Marie and then after our 14km walk. My Hamstrings are very tight and the trigger points were almost eye watering, however no pain no gain, the rolling is working well. On Saturday I completed my You versus The Year Challenge and have run and walked 1020km since Jan 1 and now going around the clock again. I used my Zoom Ball for tonight's MonoMonday Challenge.
