Who is this hiding in weeping Willow?

Trying to cut weeping willow branches which are keeping sun from a cherry tree which has finished blossoming. Very hard to do as I can’t reach up without losing balance.
However tried to do my best and was startled to see this bird watching me from only a few centimetres away!
