Bird Fight

There has been a great deal of posturing by the male blackbirds that frequent our complex. While the females are on the lawn catching bugs, a big male will sweep down, puff himself up to about twice his normal size, and make all kinds of racket trying to attract her attention. I have been trying to capture this behavior for a number of days, so have had my camera on the patio waiting. Today, two of these males got into a fight in our swimming pool. Because I had my camera handy, I got some shots of the action.
