Rosie and Jim

A wee bit exercise at the boatyard was interrupted by a call from the s-i-l: help! The daughter was back home, the midwife had visited and there were a few pharmaceutical items required. Grandpa to the rescue! The nearest grandpa, of course. Car engines fired up (c. B.Johnson), we shot off to Boots at that Craigleith. Tommee Tippee Twist and Click Refills? I’m going to have to get up to speed here.
We screeched back to Trinity, observing social distancing and speed bumps, to deliver the goodies. Champagne (pink, obvs) and peonies (again, pink) had magically been added to the delivery.
And from a distance, I got to see my granddaughter. What a cutie!
So that accomplished, it was back to the boat to bask awhile and get the next bit of work completed - a nice little two-pin through-deck fitting for the masthead light. And later, much later, chocolates. Lots of chocolates.
