Whilst accidental due to the baking implement, dough texture and crust scoring, the exact match of the top of the bread to the plate was most pleasing. I'd forgotten that we had the Remoska saucepan-oven and had been preparing to have to put up with the breadmaker for a couple of days until the new oven arrives. Whilst the breadmaker tends to ignore the top crust the top-down radiant heat of the Remoska made the base a wee bit undercooked but in general it was a success.
