Georgia O’Keefe inspired blip

This was one of the stunningly intricate large wild mushrooms I sadly had to slice up for my evening meal. I made pancetta pasta and stuck in a glass of dry white wine in the final stages of cooking. A little basil, parsley and Parmesan. I’ve got enough for tomorrow. It could be my new favourite supper dish!

A very wet day which the lawn will love. I’m hopeful I can put some small tomato plants in bigger pots outside tomorrow so they can start to grow and get established. I’d planned to do it in my lunch break but the weather wasn’t very motivating and the day flew by once again!
