Search for missing student

While having breakfast this morning this helicopter flew past our window working its way up the Allan Glen.
Nothing unusual in that since guests to Gleneagles hotel, some fifteen miles away, occasionally arrive at Edinburgh airport and take a helicopter to the hotel and if cloud is low - like today - they fly below it and come through the glen.

But this morning it stayed in the glen for over an hour weaving around Park of Keir with an infrared camera strapped to the front.

It's nearly two weeks since David O'Halloran; the 18-year-old student from Stirling University went missing after a taxi driver dropped him off near the university.
Airthrey loch has been searched and there is blanket coverage of the whole area with posters.

A friend of mine two doors down found two policemen in her garden.

We don't know whether they've checked our garden or not.

This student's disappearance remains a total mystery. And now we can only fear the worst.
