Nostalgia

I made a dash for freedom today, having to call on the pharmacy.

While waiting outside (only two customers allowed in at a time) I chatted (at the obligatory two metres) to this wonderful young woman.

I recognised in a flash that she was from Africa (Malawi as it turned out) and I was hit with a tsunami of nostalgia at seeing this traditional way of carrying a baby.

Oh, give me land, lots of land under starry skies above
Don't fence me in
Let me ride through the wide open country that I love
Don't fence me in
