The new boiler!

Our old boiler started making noises like a steam train when producing hot water, and our heating engineer said it would be a really good idea to replace it. So we agreed, paid half as deposit - then lockdown. But he's trying to fit in at least one non-emergency job a week to keep the backlog down, and today he actually came and did the deed, single-handedly. Very efficient. It only took him the morning and two cups of tea. It is, for boiler enthusiasts, a Worcester Greenstar I. Actually made in Worcester apparently. Where the sauce comes from. I used to live up the road in Worcester from Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce factory, and as you came near you walked into a wall of the aroma of garlic. No vampires employed there!
