Camomile tea

This morning we took some Camomile tea to one of my friends who had trouble sleeping.  Thought I’d mention it in case anyone else is having trouble.  This ‘tea’ is just an infusion of the camomile plant.  It has very little taste, so I add some honey.  Make it in a small mug so that you don’t immediately wake to go to the toilet! 

Then we went for a longish run in the car to keep it working.  It was lovely to be a bit further afield even if we didn’t stop! 

We were up early today as there was a click and collect at nine this morning.  We seemed to get much more done than usual! Seeds sown indoors, finished elastics on Ro's masque, and I’ve now made a cake! 

Even managed to blow some kisses to the girls when I took some seeds etc for them to grow their  own courgettes! 

Edit: Just been for a walk, in a winter coat!  After all the rain yesterday the house where the animals, soft toys, do things, had a chair outside with a big notice saying “wet play”. And lower down, “please wave”. We looked up and there were all the toys looking out of the window!
