Virtual committee number 2

Another first, this time the first virtual meeting of Aberdeenshire Council, with 65 of our 70 councillors and officers attending using Skype for business. It went well and might signal a change in how business is done beyond this crisis. No travel involved so much greener, and cost effective. The two faces are the Provost, who played a stormer, and yours truly.
