More garlic

It’s going in the risotto tonight.

Been a tough week and I had a bit of a melt down one evening earlier on. Still, we’re still here.

So having done a quick conference call this morning, it was good to get down to the river with Kylie and harvest a bit more wild garlic. That, and the stock made from last night’s chicken along with some dried porcini mushrooms is looking promising.

After the cupboard clear out the other day, there is likely to be a significant amount of risotto in this house over the next few weeks.
