Candelabra primula

So aptly named, these flowers are just starting to bloom and over the next week or so they will burst into tiers of blossom up the stem. They self-seed so I am finding them popping up all over the place. It's a good job that I love them.

I met old friends from Edinburgh days for a Zoom coffee this morning and it was just like old times. We plan to do it again soon. It's strange that we wouldn't have thought of communicating in this very personal way if it hadn't been for the virus and Lockdown.
