.... After ages

Martin had picked up a load of parsley and coriander a few days ago at Central Markets and I made tabouli with it.

Haven’t made tabouli for years as parsley is sooooo expensive here in our local supermarket and buying as much as you need for tabouli would require a bank loan ... but whenever someone is in the markets, we tend to pick some up, if they have enough. Ben did most of the chopping for me. It was delicious by the way.

We had a house viewing today, so had to make ourselves scarce for 1/2 an hour. Jon, Martin and I sat at the Plaza tables. Today is the second day of public holidays. Yesterday was Buddha’s birthday and today is Labour Day ... so a 4 day weekend! Plaza was busy again but everyone practicing social distancing quite happily.
