Bob Starrett

My friend Bob Starrett sent me some new cartoons. Bob doesn't do technology so his partner does the sending.
Bob has been a political cartoonist for over 50 years since he worked in the shipyards. He did all the cartoons for the UCS Work-In during 1971/72.
