When life gives you rhubarb

Make gin

1kg rhubarb : 400g white sugar.
Mixed in a  kilner jar to draw out the juice.
Aldi gin will be added tomorrow or Monday.
Leave the rhubarb to steep for 4 weeks, then decant and enjoy.

 If you leave the rhubarb infusing any longer,  it goes bitter!
