River of Flowers

Saturday: Focus on Fruit & Flowers

Dry all day, grey this morning which was a bit depressing, I put a huge load of washing on and got most of it dry outdoors - must remember there are are a few bits to dry tomorrow!!
I’ve been busy on family history again, this time the Lincolnshire branch, they were farmers and one enterprising man started up a brickworks too.
Wandered around the garden, just looking, making plans for tomorrow.
Bumble bee nest in the land drain pipe, saw her a few days ago and I’ve put a low seed tray in front so as not to block her entrance/exit - tried to get a photo, will do, eventually ...
Bramley apple blossom my favourite, outside of petals is deep pink, middle left on today’s blip. Top left embryo gooseberries, these will be red ones. Bottom left baby red currants. Top right is a bunch of blueberry blossom and bottom right one of last year’s calendula.
Stay healthy and happy everyone :-)
Nos da pawb / goodnight all xx
