......... a very pleasant walk over the fields :-)
It was nice to get out as I've not been out for a while because I've been suffering with creaky knees and hips ......... just the fibromyalgia playing up I guess but it's been a real nuisance, especially as I'm having trouble getting hold of the only paracetamol pain killers that don't upset my stomach.......... still, I mustn't grumble, things could be worse :-)
