Urban Blight: Hawthorne Blvd.

The future cannot be known. I've lived in this neighborhood since the 70's. If someone had told me that Hawthorne Blvd. would look like this photo, it would have been incomprehensible to me. The promised Small Business Loans offered by the U.S. Government are too little and too late for these folks, and anyway the Trump administration intended the loans for corporate businesses. Just another lie, their assurance that they would help those most in need during the Covid-19 pandemic.
