Virginia Creeper

Today’s picture is of two of the leaves on the Virginia Creeper growing near a wall in the garden. About six years ago this was an enormous shrub along the back of the house, but was almost destroyed by the first lot of builders we employed. I rescued what I could of this shrub and replanted it by this wall; it has had some leaves on every year, but this year it is beginning to get bigger.

The temperature today was fourteen degrees Celsius at GMT noon.
