Green path

The water butt in my garden hasn't been filling up so F came round to sort it.  The pipes were all gunged up so he took it to bits and flushed it out. It's all working beautifully now.

Afterwards we went for a walk around the village and some of the footpaths.  My blip is an attractive little path in the castle grounds.  I was sorry to see that everywhere around the castle had been mowed to the ground and a lot of the wild places with food plants for insects have gone.  I had a chat with the castle manager about this last year but it's sadly happened again. F suggests that I contact the Wildlife Trust, they would have more influence than me (hopefully).
